KCD2 is a masterpiece Medieval RPGThis game has it all — compelling story, challenging but rewarding combat, open world that feels alive and vibrant, and a quest system that doesn’t feel like checking boxes off on a map or journal. This game’s immersion is S Tier. I’m not a huge medieval theme guy, but this game is special. The learning curve is fairly significant as you start off basically as a weakling with no capabilities. Things get easier as you progress, but I would recommend using a guide to get properly oriented and learn the unique systems. Overall this game was a big surprise to me in a good way. I recommend for anyone who liked Skyrim, Morrowind, or RPG’s in general.
