Third-person action game where you play as Ezio Auditore, continuing his fight against the Templars in Renaissance Rome. You'll climb landmarks, tail targets, and assassinate key figures across the city using hidden blades, swords, and gadgets. New this time: you recruit and manage your own team of assassins, sending them on missions or calling them in during combat. The campaign focuses on dismantling Templar control district by district. Multiplayer mode lets you pick from different character types, each with distinct weapons and kill animations, then hunt other players in crowd-filled maps while avoiding being hunted yourself. Blends stealth sequences with open combat, parkour traversal, and light strategy elements through the Brotherhood management system.
