A first-person shooter set across the European theater of World War II, spanning three modes. The campaign follows Private Ronald Daniels and his infantry squad from D-Day through the liberation of Paris, the Battle of the Bulge, and into Germany. You'll storm beaches, derail supply trains, clear occupied buildings, and push toward the Rhine. Multiplayer strips out the series' recent movement systems—no jetpacks or wall-running—returning to grounded gunfights with period weapons across maps based on wartime locations. The co-op mode presents a separate story built around surviving waves and completing objectives. Gameplay sticks to the franchise's established shooting mechanics: aim down sights, regenerating health, loadout customization, and scripted set-pieces in the campaign. If you want Call of Duty's formula applied to 1940s battles without the sci-fi layer recent entries added, this delivers that.
