Castlevania

Side-scrolling action platformer where you're a vampire hunter infiltrating Dracula's castle to end his curse. You navigate six floors packed with enemies—bats, ghosts, and other monsters—while wielding a whip as your primary weapon. Secondary weapons like axes or holy water appear throughout levels. Each stage ends with a boss encounter before you reach the final confrontation with Dracula himself in the tower. The game demands precise jumping and combat timing as enemies respawn and attack from multiple angles. Expect pattern memorization and careful resource management, since health pickups are sparse and death sends you back to the start of the current stage.
