Counter-Strike

Counter-Strike is a tactical first-person shooter where two teams—terrorists and counter-terrorists—face off in round-based matches. Each round gives one side an objective: plant a bomb at a designated site, hold hostages, or defend a location. The other team must stop them. Matches run until one team wins enough rounds. You buy weapons and equipment at the start of each round using money earned from kills and completed objectives. Death means sitting out until the next round starts, so positioning and communication matter. Success depends on coordinating with your team—rushing in alone usually gets you killed fast. Maps are compact, forcing close-quarters engagements where a single mistake ends your round.
