Ghost Trick is a puzzle-adventure where you play as Sissel, a ghost with no memory of his life or death. Your goal: figure out who you were and who killed you before dawn breaks and you vanish forever. You manipulate objects in the environment—rotating fans, opening doors, moving switches—to create chain reactions that alter events. When someone dies, you can rewind to four minutes before their death and change their fate by possessing nearby items at precise moments. The game unfolds across a single night, each chapter presenting a death you must prevent or a mystery you must unravel through careful timing and object manipulation. Puzzles require you to spot which items are "trickable" and experiment with sequences. It's methodical problem-solving wrapped in a noir mystery with strict time constraints.
