Gods Will Be Watching is a point-and-click puzzle game built around resource management under extreme pressure. You control Sgt. Burden's crew through six scenarios—hostage negotiation, wilderness survival, bioweapon containment, interrogation—where every action costs something. Feed one person, another goes hungry. Treat a wound, you burn medical supplies someone else needs tomorrow. The setup is interstellar conflict, but the mechanics are about triage: who lives, who doesn't, what you can live with. There's no combat system. Instead, you're clicking through decisions with incomplete information and watching consequences compound. Sessions can end in total crew death if you misallocate resources or push the wrong person too hard. It's deliberately unforgiving—trial and error is expected. The art style is pixel minimalism, all stark scenes and UI elements. If you want a game that makes you feel clever, this isn't it. If you want one that makes you feel complicit, it might be.
