Gran Turismo 2 is a racing sim split into two modes. Arcade Mode lets you pick any car and race with damage enabled. You're working through a progression system with nearly 650 cars and 27 tracks, including rally circuits. The handling and visuals mirror the first game, but the roster and track count are massively expanded. You can now enter individual races instead of committing to full tournaments, though qualifying rounds have been removed.
