Leisure Suit Larry 2: Goes Looking for Love (in Several Wrong Places)
Point-and-click adventure where Larry gets dumped, wins a rigged cruise vacation, and accidentally becomes a KGB target after a microfilm lands in his pocket. You'll guide him through L.A., a cruise ship, a tropical island, and Dr. Nonookee's volcano lair, solving puzzles to avoid death and pursue romance. The game trades the first installment's open exploration for linear progression through distinct locations—each with its own hazards. Expect fewer puzzles than before but more creative ways to die. Full-screen graphics and mouse movement replaced the original's text parser. Recurring gags include identical barbershops in every city and a cameo from another Sierra adventure series. The tone stays comedic throughout, mixing spy-thriller absurdity with Larry's hapless attempts at finding love while dressed as a woman to dodge Soviet agents.
