Superstar mode drops you into one player's career from draft day through retirement, managing both on-field performance and off-field decisions. If you're not interested in multi-season depth, exhibition matches are available. The blocking mechanics and ball-carrier moves were new for this entry, shifting focus from the passing game that dominated earlier titles in the series.
