Third-person stealth horror where you play a death row inmate forced to murder gang members on camera for a snuff film director. Twenty levels drop you into Carcer City's abandoned zones—scrapyards, malls, asylums—where you hide in shadows and execute hunters using melee weapons. The game scores each kill by brutality: higher ratings demand close-range, drawn-out executions rather than quick gunshots. You're invisible in dark spots, letting you stalk targets before striking. Gangs include white supremacists, devil worshipers, ex-military mercs, and corrupt cops, all orchestrated by your captor who watches via security cameras. The story escalates from gang warfare to escaping the director's estate, culminating in a chainsaw confrontation with a pig-masked psychotic. Explicit violence is the mechanical focus—this isn't subtle about what it offers.
