MegaRace 2 is a futuristic combat racer where you play an enforcer competing in televised death races. Victory comes two ways: cross the finish line first or wreck every opponent's car to disqualify them. Host Lance Boyle, played by Christian Erickson, returns to commentate the carnage. This sequel expands destruction options significantly—more weapons to deploy, more ways rivals can blow you apart. Tracks feature increased detail and complexity compared to the original, demanding tighter racing lines through hazardous environments. All vehicles now use 3D rendering instead of sprites.
