About

Monopoly translates the property-trading board game into a digital format. You roll dice to move around the board, buying streets and utilities when you land on them, then charging rent to opponents who stop there later. Build houses and hotels to increase those fees. Trade properties with other players to complete color sets, which unlock building rights. The goal: drain everyone else's cash until they can't pay what they owe. Play against AI or pass-and-play with friends locally. The 1995 release uses animated tokens and property cards instead of physical pieces. Dice rolls and chance cards introduce randomness—sometimes you'll hit free parking, other times you're paying luxury tax or heading straight to jail. Sessions run long if players refuse trades or luck distributes properties evenly.
