Need for Speed: Rivals

Need for Speed: Rivals is an arcade racer where you switch between playing as a cop or a street racer. You'll chase down speeders in police interceptors or evade the law in high-performance cars across an open world. The game features persistent online multiplayer—other players can drop into your session as either faction, turning pursuits unpredictable. Progression splits between two careers: rack up bounty as a racer by winning events and escaping busts, or climb police ranks by taking down targets and completing patrol objectives. Crashes are high-impact, with cars crumpling and spinning out in exaggerated fashion. Risk-reward mechanics push you to bank your points before getting wrecked or arrested.
