Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath is a bounty-hunting game that switches between third-person platforming and first-person shooting whenever you swap between melee and ranged weapons. You play as the Stranger, tracking outlaws across a dusty frontier to collect moolah—the local currency. Combat lets you knock enemies out cold, stun them from a distance, or crouch in tall grass for ambush kills. The story centers on a river dried up by a dam, a town invaded by something called a demon, and your need to fund a mysterious operation. Grubbs populate the settlements; Steef are supposedly extinct. As you chase bigger bounties, you'll confront the dam's builder while the Stranger's past stays locked away. It's part shooter, part brawler, with a Western-meets-alien-wilderness vibe and missions structured around capturing targets alive or dead.
