Oxygen Not Included

Oxygen Not Included is a space-colony sim where you manage duplicants—cloned colonists—trapped inside an asteroid. Your crew needs food, breathable air, and stable temperatures to avoid suffocating, starving, or overheating. You'll dig through rock, build life-support systems, and research tech to turn raw resources into sustainable infrastructure. The game uses real gas and liquid physics: carbon dioxide sinks, heat transfers through materials, and poor planning creates death spirals. Strange creatures and plants complicate expansion. Automation helps late-game, but early cycles demand constant attention to prevent disasters. It's dense, unforgiving, and rewards methodical thinkers who enjoy troubleshooting cascading problems.
