Peak is a co-op climbing game where you and up to three others play stranded scouts trying to escape an island by summiting its central mountain. The climbing system is unforgiving—one slip sends you plummeting, so you'll coordinate handholds, manage stamina, and spot routes together. Weather shifts, surfaces crumble, and the mountain itself throws obstacles that demand tight teamwork. Progress is checkpoint-based; falls reset you to the last anchor point. Communication matters here, since a partner's mistake can doom the whole group. The island's mystery unfolds as you climb higher, but survival hinges on mechanical precision more than story beats. It's built for players who like high-stakes cooperation and don't mind repeating sections until execution clicks.
