Putt-Putt Joins the Parade

Point-and-click adventure for preschoolers where you're a purple talking car preparing to join a local parade. The entire game is a to-do list: find a pet, grab a balloon, collect coins for either a car wash or new paint job. You click around a small town, solve basic puzzles (mostly fetch quests), and chat with other anthropomorphic vehicles. No reading required—everything's voiced, and you can't get stuck or fail. Each playthrough takes about 20 minutes once you know the solutions. Designed as an introduction to computer interaction for kids who've barely used a mouse. If you're looking for challenge or narrative depth, this isn't it. But as a gentle first adventure game for a four-year-old, it does exactly what it set out to do in 1992.
