Race Driver: Grid is a circuit racing game built around aggressive wheel-to-wheel competition across multiple disciplines. You'll drive touring cars, muscle cars, drift machines, and endurance racers on real-world tracks and city circuits. Locations span from San Francisco's hilly streets to the full Le Mans 24-hour course and Yokohama's industrial docklands. The handling model sits between arcade and simulation—cars slide and collide with weight, but you're not managing tire temperatures. Damage is persistent and visible, affecting performance if you bash fenders too often. Career mode has you building a racing team from scratch, hiring teammates and managing sponsors. Flashback lets you rewind a few seconds to undo a crash, though uses are limited per race. It's for players who want contact-heavy racing without full sim complexity.
