Reverse Crawl

Reverse Crawl is a turn-based tactics game where you command the monsters instead of the adventurers. You lead squads of goblins, undead, and other creatures against incoming hero parties across grid-based battlefields. Combat uses action points and positioning—flank enemies, control chokepoints, exploit terrain. Between fights, you unlock new monster types and abilities to expand your roster. The campaign branches based on your choices, altering which regions you defend and which enemy factions you face. Each battle plays out in discrete scenarios rather than one continuous dungeon. If you've wanted to see what happens when the skeleton army actually wins, this flips the usual formula.
