Risk of Rain

Risk of Rain is a side-scrolling action platformer built around permanent death. You fight through procedurally generated stages on an alien planet, battling randomly spawning enemies and bosses. Each run starts from scratch—die once and you're done. The difficulty ramps as time passes, forcing you to keep moving and scavenging for power-ups. You can tackle it solo or team up with up to three others in online co-op. Runs blend fast combat with risk-reward decisions about when to push forward versus when to hunt for better gear. It's built for players who don't mind losing progress and starting over to chase a better attempt.
