Rocket League

Rocket League is soccer with rocket-powered cars. You boost, jump, and flip to hit an oversized ball into the opponent's goal across a walled arena. Matches run 5 minutes with up to 8 players split into teams. The physics system means the ball reacts to speed, angle, and spin—timing aerial hits or wall bounces takes practice. Beyond standard matches, there's offline season play against AI, mutator modes that alter gravity or ball behavior, and alternate game types swapping soccer for hockey or basketball. Cosmetic options let you customize car bodies, decals, wheels, and boosts. The controls are simple (accelerate, jump, boost), but chaining moves for advanced plays has a learning curve. Works for quick sessions or long competitive grinds.
