Silk Worm

Silk Worm is a side-scrolling shooter where you pilot a helicopter while a ground-based jeep fights alongside you—or a second player controls the jeep in co-op. You're pushing through enemy-packed stages, destroying ground targets and air units simultaneously. The hook: rack up enough kills and a bonus helicopter called the "goose" appears. Shoot it down for weapon upgrades. Both vehicles need to cover each other since threats come from multiple angles. Boss fights throw curveballs mid-battle. Solo players control the chopper with AI handling the jeep, but two-player runs let you coordinate attacks. It's built around managing two combat zones at once—air superiority means nothing if ground forces overwhelm your partner.
