Stacklands

Stacklands is a card-based village builder where you drag cards onto each other to make things happen. Drop a villager card on a tree card to chop wood. Stack wood with stone to build a house. Place two villagers together and they'll eventually produce a baby. Hostile creature cards spawn periodically—you'll need to arm villagers with weapons or they'll die in combat. Resources deplete, so you're constantly cycling through gathering, crafting, and expansion while the moon timer counts down to the next threat wave. It's real-time with pause, letting you queue actions then watch them resolve. The card-stacking mechanic turns survival management into a spatial puzzle. Runs are short but escalate quickly.
