Strikers 1945 is a vertical scrolling shoot-'em-up set in an alternate post-WWII timeline. A rogue military faction called CANY deploys advanced weaponry—rockets and mechanical walkers—across the Soviet Union, America, Japan, and Germany. You pilot one of several WWII-era fighter planes tasked with dismantling this global threat. Gameplay centers on dodging dense bullet patterns, destroying ground and air targets, and collecting power-ups to upgrade your aircraft's weapons. Each plane handles differently, offering varied shot types and bomb attacks. Levels scroll through enemy-occupied territories, culminating in boss fights against CANY's experimental war machines. The game rewards memorization of enemy spawn points and precise movement through increasingly chaotic firefights.
