Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris

Action RPG set in Underworld, a virtual realm where AI characters act indistinguishably from humans. You control Kirito through story events adapted from the Alicization anime arc, fighting in real-time combat encounters that recreate key moments from that narrative. The game includes characters from the series—Eugeo, Alice, Administrator among them—as you progress through missions and exploration segments. Combat emphasizes timing and weapon skills rather than turn-based strategy. Expect a mix of main story progression and side activities across various zones within Underworld. The structure follows anime plot beats closely, so familiarity with that arc shapes how much narrative weight the scenes carry. If you've watched Alicization and want to play through those events with direct control, that's the core appeal here.
