Temple Run

Temple Run is an endless runner where you play an explorer fleeing with a stolen idol while demonic monkeys chase you down. You swipe to turn corners, jump gaps, and slide under obstacles as the temple path generates endlessly ahead. Collecting coins lets you buy power-ups that extend your run. The game demands quick reflexes—miss a swipe and you're caught. Each attempt pushes you to beat your previous distance, and the speed ramps up the longer you survive. Originally launched on iOS and Android, it later expanded to Windows Phone 8. It's built around short, repeatable sessions where improving your timing and memorizing obstacle patterns gradually push your score higher.
