Side-scrolling platformer following Simba from cub to adult lion. You start small, using a pounce attack and roar to stun enemies like beetles and lizards. As you grow, combat shifts to claw swipes and more powerful roars against hyenas and other threats. Levels span savannas, elephant graveyards, jungles, and canyon gorges. Platforming demands precise jumps over gaps, timed leaps across moving logs, and navigating environmental hazards like stampeding wildebeest. Mid-game sections feature Pumbaa and Timon as allies in bug-hunting bonus stages. Later stages ramp up difficulty with tighter timing and denser enemy placement. The final stretch returns you to Pride Rock for a climactic confrontation. Expect trial-and-error platforming with limited continues.
