The Playroom VR

A collection of six party-focused VR minigames built around asymmetric play. One person wears the headset while up to four others use standard controllers, creating scenarios where VR and non-VR players have different roles and perspectives. Games include a chase setup where the headset wearer plays as a cat hunting mouse-controlled players, and a haunted house experience. The robot characters from PlayStation's tech demos return as hosts and interactive elements. Some games emphasize cooperation, others competition. It's designed for local multiplayer sessions rather than solo play, requiring at least two people to function properly. Works exclusively with PlayStation VR on PS4.
