Wolfenstein is a first-person shooter where you gun down Nazis across the occupied town of Isenstadt during World War II. You're B.J. Blazkowicz, tasked with retrieving a mystical medallion before enemy forces exploit its connection to an alternate dimension called the Veil. Combat mixes period-accurate weapons—MP40s, K98 rifles—with supernatural powers granted by the medallion itself. Enter the Veil to highlight enemies and detonate floating creatures as living grenades. Later abilities let you slow time, shield yourself, or boost damage output. Each power drains the medallion's energy, forcing you to seek refill points hidden in the environment. Enemies range from standard Wehrmacht troops to more exotic threats. The medallion mechanics layer tactical choices onto otherwise straightforward shooting.
