World of Goo is a physics-based puzzle game where you drag living goo balls to build structures that reach pipe entrances. Each level presents terrain you must bridge or traverse using the goo balls themselves as construction material—they stick together, dangle, and form towers, bridges, or hanging chains depending on their type. Different goo varieties have distinct properties: some are reusable, others pop like balloons, a few can fly. The catch is you need a minimum number of goo balls to reach the goal pipe, but you're also building with your own supply, so overbuilding means failure. Between puzzles, there's a sparse narrative about pipes appearing across the land, waking these naive creatures who don't realize they're being harvested by the World of Goo Corporation for products like energy drinks. The art style is hand-drawn and unsettling in a Tim Burton-adjacent way. Good for players who liked Bridge Constructor but want something weirder.
