Yakuza 3

Yakuza 3 is an action RPG that follows former yakuza Kazuma Kiryu as he's pulled back into organized crime conflicts spanning Okinawa and Tokyo. Combat centers on real-time brawling—you punch, grab, and use environmental objects as weapons against rival gang members and street thugs. Between fights, you'll manage an orphanage in Okinawa, build relationships with its kids, and navigate clan politics through lengthy cutscenes and dialogue choices. The game switches between these quieter character moments and sudden eruptions of violence. Exploration lets you wander Tokyo's Kamurocho district, hitting hostess clubs, restaurants, and arcades. Side activities range from karaoke to helping strangers with oddball requests. It's heavy on story—expect hours of cutscenes detailing betrayals, honor codes, and family drama within the criminal underworld.
