Action Fighter

Action Fighter is a 1986 arcade game that morphs between three vehicle types as you progress. You start on a motorcycle, dodging obstacles and enemies on the ground. Collect upgrade parts scattered through levels to transform your bike into a sports car with better firepower and handling. Grab more components and you'll bolt on turbojets, turning your car into an aircraft that fights helicopters and spacecraft from above. Each vehicle handles differently and faces distinct threats—ground hazards for the bike, tougher road enemies for the car, aerial opponents once airborne.
