About

Point-and-click survival horror set in Japan (or California, depending on version—the localization changed names and setting text but left shrines and samurai armor intact). You play a character navigating environments via cursor-based interaction while avoiding threats. Unlike earlier Clock Tower entries, this one ditches the Scissorman storyline entirely for a standalone plot. Gameplay follows the series' escape-focused structure: explore rooms, find items, trigger events, survive encounters. The Japanese setting marks a shift from the European locations of previous games. Expect hospital corridors, traditional Japanese interiors, and Shinto architecture. It's the third Clock Tower release but functions as a side story with no narrative ties to the Barrows family arc. If you want point-and-click horror with cultural atmosphere over action, this delivers that in short bursts.
