Crypt of the NecroDancer

A roguelike dungeon crawler where every move must sync with the beat. You navigate grid-based floors as Cadence, whose heart's been stolen by the NecroDancer—she can only act on rhythm to stay alive. Miss the beat and enemies get free hits. Combat's turn-based but tempo-locked: step, attack, dodge, all timed to the soundtrack. You'll collect weapons, spells, and gear between floors, but death resets your run. The game tracks a multi-character story about a cursed lute, though most runs focus on mechanical execution over narrative.
