Dr. Mario

Dr. Mario is a falling block puzzle game where you drop two-toned capsules into a bottle filled with colored viruses. The viruses come in red, yellow, and blue, and your goal is clearing them all out. You control each capsule as it drops—shift it left or right, rotate it to line up colors. Match four or more virus segments or capsule halves of the same color in a row (vertical or horizontal), and they disappear. Clear every virus to finish the level. If capsules stack too high and block the bottle's neck, it's game over. The challenge ramps up as viruses multiply and the bottle fills faster. Straightforward rules, but planning your drops several moves ahead separates quick clears from messy bottlenecks.
