About

Golden Sun: The Lost Age is a turn-based RPG that flips the script on its predecessor. You control the group being pursued—the supposed antagonists from the first game—as they race to light two remaining elemental lighthouses. The goal: restore alchemy's power to the world, though whether that brings salvation or catastrophe remains unclear. Gameplay centers on dungeon puzzles solved through Psynergy (elemental magic), turn-based battles with summoned creatures called Djinn, and character progression tied to which Djinn you equip. The GBA link cable enables head-to-head battles with other players. If you finished the original Golden Sun, your save data carries over, affecting story details and party composition. It's a direct continuation rather than a standalone entry, so newcomers will miss narrative context.
