Granny

Granny is a first-person stealth escape game where you're locked in a house and have five days to get out. The catch: the titular Granny hears everything. Drop an item, bump furniture, or step on a creaky floorboard and she'll come running. You'll search rooms for keys, tools, and puzzle pieces needed to unlock the front door while ducking into wardrobes or sliding under beds when she gets close. Each day starts when she knocks you unconscious—fail to escape by day five and it's over. The layout stays consistent, so you're learning routes and item locations through trial and error. It's tense, punishing, and built around memorizing patrol patterns. Expect jump scares and a lot of restarts.
