About

Iron Lung is a first-person submarine simulator set inside a tiny, windowless sub exploring an ocean of blood on an abandoned moon. You navigate using only crude instruments and a grainy camera that snaps still photos through the hull. The controls are deliberately clunky—you plot coordinates, adjust heading, manage power, and surface to take pictures of points of interest marked on a rough map. The ocean itself is opaque red; you're flying blind between photo stops. Tension comes from piloting through total darkness while something large moves in the water around you. It's a short game built around claustrophobia and the specific terror of operating broken equipment in a hostile place you can't see. Best suited for players who want dread over action.
