Turn-based tactics meets mercenary management on Metavira, a fictional island where you're hired to wrestle control of valuable medicinal trees from a local crime boss. You'll recruit from 60 distinct mercs—each with their own personality quirks and voiced lines—then deploy them in squad-based combat. Missions don't follow a strict path; you pick your targets and approach battles how you want. Success hinges on matching merc skills to situations and exploiting enemy positioning. Three difficulty settings let you dial up the challenge, and a replay feature means you can revisit missions to try different loadouts or tactics. It's methodical combat where roster choices matter as much as battlefield decisions.
