Klax

Klax is an arcade puzzle game where you catch falling colored tiles on a paddle and flip them onto a 5x5 grid. The goal: arrange three or more matching tiles into horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines to clear them. Tiles drop faster as you progress, forcing quick decisions about which colors to catch and where to place them. You can hold up to five tiles on your paddle before the game ends if you miss one or let the paddle overflow. Each level sets different objectives—clear X number of lines, score Y points, or create specific patterns called Klaxes. The grid fills from bottom to top, so poor placement blocks future moves. Simple controls but the speed ramps up fast.
