Micro Machines 2: Turbo Tournament is a top-down racing game where you pilot miniature vehicles across household environments. Each vehicle—cars, hovercrafts, helicopters—handles differently depending on the track surface. The main competitive mode awards points for getting a full screen ahead of your opponent, forcing them off-camera. You'll race across kitchen tables, pool tables, and workshop benches where everyday objects become obstacles. The DOS version includes a track editor for building custom courses. On Genesis/Mega Drive, the J-Cart cartridge has built-in controller ports, supporting four players without an adapter. A pad-sharing option lets eight people compete on certain tracks by taking turns on shared controllers. TV presenter Violet Berlin appears as a playable character. Good for local multiplayer sessions where screen position matters as much as speed.
