Pitfall!

Pitfall! is a side-scrolling platformer where you guide Pitfall Harry through a jungle collecting 32 treasures in 20 minutes. You'll jump pits, swing on vines, and dodge rattlesnakes, scorpions, crocodiles, and rolling logs across 255 connected screens. The treasures—gold bars, diamond rings, bags of money—are scattered throughout, and reaching them all requires using an underground tunnel system that skips three screens at a time. The tunnels have their own scorpions and dead-end brick walls that force you back to the surface, so route planning matters. It's a timed race against hazards with no combat, just movement and timing. Good for players who like arcade-era precision challenges.
