Rico is a first-person shooter built around buddy-cop chaos and split-second gunfights. You play as one half of a loose-cannon police duo racing a 24-hour clock to dismantle a crime syndicate. Missions unfold through procedurally arranged rooms where kicking down doors can grant brief slow-motion windows to scan threats and pick targets. Combat leans into arcade excess—ammo's abundant, enemies swarm in waves, and destructible environments splinter under fire. Bullets punch through walls and shatter props with visible impact. There's no lengthy tactical prep phase; you breach, assess on the fly, and unload. Solo works, but co-op lets a partner flank while you draw fire. Runs are short and replayable, with randomized layouts keeping door-breach surprises fresh across attempts.
