Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is a multiplayer pirate game where you sail ships, fight other crews, hunt treasure, and explore islands. You form a crew (or sail solo), navigate open seas, and decide whether to chase buried loot, engage in ship-to-ship combat, or hunt other players for their cargo. There's no class system—everyone can steer, fire cannons, repair hull breaches, or raise sails. Encounters with other crews are unpredictable: they might ally with you, ignore you, or sink your ship on sight. Progression comes through cosmetic unlocks and reputation with in-game factions rather than power upgrades. Sessions don't follow scripted missions; you pick contracts and create your own stories through emergent chaos on the water.
