Middle-earth: Shadow of War

Action game where you build an orc army to take over Mordor's fortresses from the inside. The Nemesis System tracks individual enemies and allies—kill a captain, he might return scarred and vengeful; spare one, he could become a loyal commander. You're a ranger fused with a wraith spirit, wielding both blade and spectral powers to dominate orc minds, turn warlords against each other, and siege fortified strongholds. Recruit followers, assign them to your garrison, then defend or assault keeps in large-scale battles. Sauron and the Ringwraiths serve as major threats throughout the campaign. Procedural rivalries mean your orc roster evolves differently than anyone else's playthrough.
