Shooting Stars!

Shooting Stars is a vertical scrolling shooter where you defend Earth from celebrity-parody aliens using over 50 collectible weapons. Enemies include thinly-veiled spoofs of pop culture figures. Your arsenal ranges from clone warriors and disco attacks to a cat-launching weapon, each drastically changing how you approach waves. The game includes daily challenge levels with procedurally generated enemy patterns, plus a roguelike Card Hunt mode where you build loadouts through card draws. Expect bright colors, internet-era humor, and rapid weapon swaps. Each run plays differently depending on which items drop. It's arcade shooting with absurdist flavor—no permadeath pressure, just score-chasing across short sessions.
