Tachyon: The Fringe

Space combat sim where you're a freelance fighter pilot working the galaxy's outer edge. You'll take contracts, dogfight in detailed cockpit views, and navigate a conflict between factions vying for control of fringe space. Success depends on flight skill—maneuvering, targeting, managing your ship's systems mid-battle. But the game also rewards tactical thinking: which jobs you accept, which side you support, and how you outfit your craft between missions all shape your path. The world reacts to your choices, opening or closing opportunities based on allegiances. If you want space combat that asks you to think beyond trigger discipline, this delivers.
