The Dig

Point-and-click adventure where three astronauts—a NASA veteran, a journalist, and a geologist—detonate an Earth-threatening asteroid, only to discover it's actually an alien spacecraft. The explosion flings them across the galaxy to Cocytus, a barren planet littered with ruins of an advanced but vanished civilization. You explore underground tunnels, decode alien technology, and piece together what happened to the inhabitants while figuring out how to get home. Puzzles involve manipulating strange machinery and interpreting architectural clues. The story focuses on the crew's psychological strain as much as the mystery itself. Dialogue trees let you manage group dynamics while Low tries keeping everyone functional under mounting pressure.
