The Last Ninja
Side-scrolling action-adventure where you're the last surviving White Ninja hunting down warlord Kunitoki through his fortress compound. You'll navigate isometric levels—palace courtyards, dungeons, wilderness—fighting samurai and collecting weapons, food, and power-ups scattered across each area. Combat relies on timed strikes and positioning rather than button-mashing. The game uses a contextual control scheme: your character performs different moves depending on what objects are nearby. Progression means finding the right items to unlock new zones while avoiding or defeating guards. Stealth isn't a mechanic here; expect direct confrontations. The isometric view and puzzle-like item hunting give it an exploratory feel despite the martial arts premise. Suits players comfortable with trial-and-error combat and methodical searching.
